Yesterday the European Parliament plenary session in Strasbourg adopted the agreement in trilogue on the proposal for a regulation on transparency and integrity in environmental, social and governance (ESG) rating activities.
As far as the next steps, yesterday’s vote concludes the legislative process. Once the Council approves the agreement, the text of the directive will soon be published in the EU Official Journal.
