FEBIS Working Group on “Late Payments”, which objective is to increase and share the knowledge on this topic has released a first version about the situation in some countries, not only on legal aspects, but also on the best practices and the impact of late payments in the economy.
The document has been presented during FEBIS Spring Meeting (Turin, May 10 and 11) and is here available for download:
With several members already involved, the group aims to expand its coverage of countries as well as breadth and depth of data.
As a stakeholder in the forum of the EU Payments Observatory, FEBIS will seek to promote the use of Credit Information and Credit Management Tools as a way to mitigate the risks of late payments.
