FEBIS is pleased to welcome O2V as its newest member.
O2V is represented within FEBIS through its AI initiative, Unicus AI.
Unicus AI brings together a suite of intelligent, context-aware AI agents designed to address the different dimensions of business information required for credit and risk assessment. Each agent operates within a defined context - such as corporate structure, financial data, legal records, sanctions and PEP screening, or adverse media - enabling structured and consistent interpretation of diverse information sources.
The architecture is designed to navigate variations in language, format, and data structure, while handling large volumes of both structured and unstructured information. This supports the efficient building and maintenance of company databases at scale, improves turnaround times, and strengthens the reliability of business assessments. The approach also enables more responsive, near real-time evaluations where required.
Unicus AI currently advances two focused initiatives.
The first centres on real-time monitoring of corporate registry changes, combining official registry updates with historical analysis and supplementary open-source web intelligence. By contextualising ownership shifts, director changes, and structural developments, it supports more informed credit and compliance decisions.
The second initiative addresses post-onboarding portfolio monitoring within trade credit environments. Payment data, financial indicators, and claims information are often fragmented across systems and reviewed with delay. Unicus AI integrates these data streams to enable continuous monitoring of policyholder payment behaviour and emerging stress signals.
In parallel, it maps obligor networks across portfolios, identifying shared debtors across multiple policies and assessing aggregate exposure and behavioural patterns. By analysing cross-portfolio connections rather than isolated policies, it helps surface systemic risk indicators that may otherwise remain undetected.
As part of the FEBIS community, Unicus AI looks forward to contributing to ongoing dialogue around data quality, responsible AI adoption, and the continued evolution of business information standards.
