Luxemburg, 11th January 2024 - Creditsafe Group, the global experts in credit data and risk information, announces the acquisition of the entire business information unit of Editus Luxembourg S.A.
The ‘Business Information’ business unit is part of Editus Luxembourg S.A. and its total assets have been acquired in full by Creditsafe per 31 of December 2023. This includes the operational activities, customers and data. Similarly, staff will join Creditsafe Group to continue and expand services in Luxembourg.
Both Editus and Creditsafe focus on providing customer-focused information solutions to accelerate their customers' long-term growth and economic stability. The acquisition will allow Editus to fully focus on its existing core services.
Creditsafe will further develop the acquired high-quality Luxembourg business information database with international linkages and new risk and compliance products to help both local companies in Luxembourg and global clients continue to grow their businesses. Creditsafe is based in Luxembourg city and will actively provide the business information services to the local market under the name ‘GraydonCreditsafe Luxembourg’.
Editus and GraydonCreditsafe Luxembourg will in this way drive innovation and increase customer value for both parties. The parties have expressed their intention to work together in the future.
